2022 NACS – Richmond (L&S) – Event Central

 

Climbing Canada is excited to host the first 2022 NACS Canadian Event in Richmond, BC. The Lead & Speed Event will take place on July 15-17, 2022, at the Richmond Olympic Oval.

As per the 2022 NACS Manual, participants must be a member of their host country. For Canadians, this means a valid 2021-2022 Competition License.

Eligibility: this event is open to participants aged 16 and older as of December 31, 2022 (born 2006 or prior).

 

COACH REGISTRATION

ALL coaches must register through this form: https://forms.gle/5ZBcCeBEdqDxwetp9
Safe Sport Requirements will be mandatory: https://www.climbingcanada.ca/2021-2022-coach-requirements/

Only Registered and Screened coaches will be allowed in ISO, and allowed to fill APPEALS.

 

ACCOMMODATION

CEC has secured a block of rooms at the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport, a short 10 min walk to the Oval. BOOK early, as rooms will SELL OUT!

Rates:

  • Plaza /Courtyard Room $199 / night
  • One Bedroom Condo Suite $239 / night
  • Two Bedroom Condo Suite $279 / night

  • Mention group name “North American Cup Series”
  • Guests will be responsible to make their own reservations and for payment of their own rooms.
  • Reserve rooms prior to the cut-off date of June 20, 2022, whereby any remaining rooms in the block shall be released back to the hotel.
    • Thereafter, reservations are subject to room rates and availability.
